When we first imagined the Founding Families programme, we believed we could welcome 999 families. But as we listened to parents and thought more deeply about the responsibility involved, we reached a different conclusion.
If we are to understand each family's hopes, recognise each child's needs, and give our earliest families a genuine voice in what AveroNova becomes, the group must be smaller.
We have therefore chosen to limit the programme to 250 families—not to make it feel more exclusive, but to ensure every family receives the care, attention, and relationship we promised.
